Over the past 15+ years, I've designed and led monetization transformations at some of the world's largest tech platforms and a leading global pricing consultancy, across SaaS, AI, cloud, and marketplace businesses serving both B2B and B2C markets.
I've always believed the best pricing leaders don't just direct from the whiteboard, they stay close to the work. That's how I operate: I get into the data, build the models, test the hypotheses, and sit in the room when it's time to make the call.
What keeps me in this work is that the best monetization isn't about setting the right price, it's about designing the right pricing. Get that right, and it reshapes product roadmaps, customer relationships, go-to-market motions, and unit economics all at once.
The companies I'm most drawn to are the ones wrestling with that complexity, especially in AI and SaaS, where the old playbooks don't apply and the right pricing architecture can reshape the entire growth trajectory.

Mousumi is a global pricing and monetization strategist with 15+ years of experience designing and scaling monetization strategies for some of tech’s most iconic companies — Google Cloud, Google Ads, Amazon, Amperity, and Norton.She specializes in AI, SaaS, Cloud, and Data Platform pricing, with deep expertise in value-based and usage-based models, packaging strategy, discount governance, and enterprise deal negotiations. Over her career, she has built pricing functions from scratch, led company-wide monetization transformations, and earned C-suite alignment on strategies that drove hundreds of millions in incremental revenue. Her work includes driving foundational pricing strategy for GCP Storage & Databases products and all 100+ regions. She has guided multiple AI products through the shift to credit-based pricing models, accelerating ARR and NRR growth.Mousumi believes pricing is the most underleveraged growth lever in most tech companies, and getting it right is behavioral science, not just financial modeling. The best pricing strategies aren’t built by finding the right number; they’re built by reframing the right questions, understanding the entire monetization ecosystem, and knowing where the real headroom lies.
